1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms govern your use of the Site worldwide. If you enter into a service relationship with DenimStitch Creative LLC, that relationship is governed by our Master Service Agreement (MSA), which shall prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & GLOBAL PROTECTION

The Site and its content—including the Video Arsenal OS™ framework, Deployment Drop™ templates, and our entire legacy portfolio of video and photography assets—are the exclusive proprietary property of DenimStitch Creative LLC.

All Rights Reserved: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, re-posting, or "scraping" any content, images, or videos for any commercial or AI-training purpose.
International Protection: This IP is protected by United States and International Copyright and Trademark laws.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING TERMS

(a) 4-Week Cycles: Standard recurring services are billed every four (4) weeks.

(b) 6-Month Prepaid: Prepaid tiers are billed as a single lump sum for a fixed six-month term.

(c) Automatic Renewal: All plans auto-renew at the end of their respective cycle (every 4 weeks or every 6 months) at the then-current rate.

(d) Cancellation: To prevent renewal, notice must be provided 30 days prior to the next scheduled billing date.

(e) No Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for any unused portion of a cycle or prepaid term.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

By uploading scripts or footage to our Portal, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to deliver our services. You warrant that you have all necessary international rights to said content and agree to indemnify us for any legal fees arising from a breach of this warranty.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INTERNATIONAL LAW, DENIMSTITCH CREATIVE LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE LAST THREE MONTHS FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego.
